Shipping Info

Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $99*. 

This applies to the the Continental United States comprised of the 48 states.  We offer discounted rates for Alaska, Hawaii, PR and International.  Free Standard Shipping includes:  First Class Mail (2-10 days) or Parcel Post (5-10 Days).  If you want to upgrade shipping, we offer discounted rates via Priority Mail (2-3 Days), UPS Ground (2-5 Days), or Express Overnight, or 2 Day.

* Shipping offer is not applicable with over-sized items such as Furniture (Cribs, Dressers, Mattresses). Regarding oversize items, some of our vendors require that we charge a shipping fee.

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer discounted shipping rates to Canada and to most International destinations, including APO addresses.  We only ship orders up to 10 pounds.  We can not ship over-sized items such as furniture, strollers, chandeliers, etc...

Please note that First Class International may be the least expensive method to ship but there is no tracking available.  We are not held responsible for any items not received.  If you want tracking, please choose Priority Mail International or email us with your shipping method preference.  We are not responsible for Duties or Taxes imposed by Customs.

When will my orders be shipped?
Our goal is to get your ordered shipped to you ASAP.  If item is "In Stock", items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.  Occasionally, due to high demand or during the Holiday season, some of our products may be back-ordered with the manufacturer.  If this happens, you will be notified via email immediately of the expected ship date.  All back-orders ship as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.
  If you need a product shipped overnight or 2-day, please note we can only do this with "In Stock" items.

What if I don't receive my package?
We send a confirmation email to you the day your order is shipped.  We always use a shipping service that provides Delivery Confirmation.  Please note that USPS only provides detailed tracking information on certain shipping methods.  This means you can not track the details of your package until your order is delivered and scanned by your postman. We are not responsible for items once they are delivered.  If you need a specific shipping service to ensure proper delivery, please specify at checkout.  We may require Signature on orders over $200.

What is your Return Policy?
California Cozy believe in the products we sell 100%.  If you are not completely satisfied with your item, feel free to return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, replacement or refund.   We will refund your order minus our shipping cost.  If you need to exchange an item, we add a flat $5.00 for shipping the new order.  All Special Order items including Furniture, Cribs, Chandeliers, etc... are Non-Returnable.  Sale items are Final Sale.

How do I Return an item?

We must issue you an RA#.  For the quickest response, email us at service@californiacozy.com.  Returned items must be in the original condition with all tags attached.  See our complete Return Policy here.

Expedited Shipping options also available via Priority Mail (1-3 days), UPS/Fedex 2 Day, and Express Mail Overnight.

We stand by our products 100%.  We accept returns on on blankets, clothing, towels, and accessories. All Furniture including Cribs, Beds, Chandeliers are Non-Refundable. If you are not happy with any item, feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt for an Exchange or Refund.  Returned items must be in the original condition with all tags attached.   If you are returning an item for a refund and received Free Shipping on your order, we will refund you minus the shipping cost. If you are exchanging an item, we will add our actual shipping cost to ship your exchange.
