How do I receive the Free Shipping?
Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $50. This applies to the US only and we use either First Class Mail (2-10 days) or Parcel Post (5-10 Days). You may also upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 Days), UPS Ground (2-5 Days), and Express Mail 2 Day.
When will my orders be shipped?
Our goal is to get your ordered shipped to you ASAP. If item is "In Stock", items will be shipped within 24 Hours. Occasionally, due to high demand or during the Holiday season, some of our products may be back-ordered with the manufacturer. If this happens, you will be notified via email immediately of the expected ship date. All back-orders ship as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.
What if I don't receive my package?
We send a confirmation email to you the day your order is shipped. We always use a shipping service that provides Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for items once they are delivered. If you need a specific shipping service to ensure proper delivery, please specify at checkout. We may require Signature on orders over $200.
What is your Return Policy?
California Cozy believe in the products we sell 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, replacement or refund. Order must be in new condition and have all tags attached. We will refund your order minus our shipping cost. If you are exchanging an item, we add a flat $4.95 to the order. Sale items are Final Sale.

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada and to most International destinations, including APO addresses. Please note that First Class International may be the least expensive method to ship but there is no tracking available. We are not held responsible for any items not received. If you want tracking, please choose Priority Mail International or email us with your shipping method preference. We are not responsible for Duties or Taxes imposed by Customs.
