How do I receive the Free Shipping?
If the items in your order total $50 or more, your order ships FREE. This applies to the 48 US continental states only, Reasonable shipping costs are available to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, & International.

When will my orders be shipped?
Our goal is to get your ordered shipped to you ASAP. If item is "In Stock", items will be shipped within 24 Hours. If item states it is a "Back Ordered" or a "Special Order", it may take 5-10 business days, depending on the item and time of year. We will email you with the estimated Ship Date.

How are my orders shipped?
Free Standard Shipping includes First Class or Parcel Post. For large items, we ship via UPS Ground or Priority Mail. If you have a shipping preference, please include at checkout.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
If item states it is "In Stock", Expedited Mail is available via Express Mail or UPS 2-Day.

What if I don't receive my package?

We send a confirmation email to you the day your order is shipped. We always use a shipping service that provides Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for items once they are delivered. If you need a specific shipping service to ensure proper delivery, please specify at checkout. We may require Signature on orders over $200.

What is your Return Policy?
California Cozy stands by our products 100%. If you are not happy with any item, feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, replacement or refund. If you are Returning an item for a refund and received Free Shipping on your order, we will refund you minus the shipping cost. If you are Exchanging an item, we will add our low flat rate $4.95 to your new order. Personalized Items are non-returnable.

How do I Return an item?
We must issue you an RA#. For the quickest response, please email us at service@californiacozy.com. Returned items must be in the original condition with all tags attached. See our complete Return Policy here.

Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship to most countries Internationally. Please note that First Class International may be the least expensive method to ship but there is no tracking available. We are not held responsible for any items not received. If you want tracking, please choose Priority Mail International or email us with your shipping method preference. We are not responsible for Duties or Taxes imposed by Customs.
